Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
